Dr. Jiang is so thorough and informative, letting you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. She worked on the tooth for nearly two hours and, unbelievably, once the anesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. I appreciate how proactive Carol is with appointment reminders and insurance check-ins. It makes everything hassle-free.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Caroline Jiang and her team. Carol at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and managed to get me a next-day appointment for a dental emergency when I had a badly chipped tooth with a large hole. I went in expecting the worst and thought I would need a crown, but Dr. Jiang explained everything clearly and said a simple filling was enough. She was very gentle, the freezing injection barely hurt, and she talked me through each step so I always knew what was going on. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and there was no pressure or upselling at all. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend.

Fairmont Dentistry is amazing! Dr. Caroline Jiang is the best dentist I have had and they are so good with my young kids. They are open on Saturdays which is such a bonus.
