To save time, you may complete your registration form in advance. The form can be accessed through our Patient Registration page. If you prefer to fill out your forms in the office, please arrive a few minutes early.
We proudly accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and work with most major dental insurance providers. Our team is happy to assist with claims and walk you through your coverage, so there are no surprises. Before any treatment begins, we review your personalized treatment plan and cost estimates together—clearly and transparently.
Our team focuses on providing gentle care and clear communication. If you experience dental anxiety, please let us know before your visit. We offer relaxation techniques to help make your experience as relaxing as possible.
Our clinic is conveniently located on West Broadway with easy access by transit or car.

We are situated on the 10th floor of the Fairmont Building. Street parking and nearby parkades are available, and several major transit routes run along West Broadway for easy access.

Please bring a list of medications, your insurance information, and any recent dental records if available. If you have completed the registration form online, no additional paperwork is required.
Yes. You do not need a referral to join our practice. Everyone is welcome.
Most initial appointments take about one hour, depending on whether X rays are needed and the complexity of the exam.
In many cases, yes. If you require a more complex cleaning or periodontal treatment, we will schedule a follow up visit.
